What it Means to be a Wotherspoon :)

My parents are both doing some internet seminars and my Dad is very ‘new’ to technology.  I walked in to their lounge the other night and it was the funniest sight.  They are both sitting on the couch, facing the TV with the lap top in front of them, dinner on their laps, Mum with the left ear peice on her right ear, Dad with the right ear peice in his left ear.  So, they are eating their dinner, and watching TV and watching a Webinar on the computer, unbelievable.  It gets better.

So its a two way webinar in that you can ask questions by typing them in.  To do that there is a ‘hands up’ icon on the screen and you click that and the presenter will say your name and you can type your question.  So Dad says to my Mum I want to ask something.  My Mum go ahead.  My Dads says how.  My Mum says put your hand up.  So my Dad sits there putting his hand up thinking the presenter can see him He was serious too, this was not an attempt at humour.

This will be family joke for years to come.
